Cancellation Policy
By registering for the Thrive and Unwind Retreat, you agree to the following: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Payment schedules must be adhered to and failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. Cancellations made before August 10, 2025 are eligible for a partial refund, minus a $500 cancellation fee. Cancellations made on or after August 10, 2025 are non-refundable. Transfers are allowed with prior written approval and must be completed no later than November 1, 2025. This retreat requires a minimum number of registered participants. We reserve the right to cancel if the minimum is not met. In such cases, retreat payments will be refunded. If we are required to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, natural disaster, venue closure), guests will receive a refund of retreat payments made. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from events outside our control, including but not limited to acts of God, government orders, natural disasters, pandemics, travel bans, labor strikes, civil unrest, or other unforeseen events. In these cases, any non-recoverable costs already paid to suppliers will be deducted from the total refund. To protect your investment, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel delays. While travel arrangements (including accommodations and transportation) may be booked through Vincent Vacations and its trusted travel suppliers, all retreat content, activities, and business operations are independently managed by Synergy Sisters, LLC. Participation in Thrive and is governed by the terms and conditions of Synergy Sisters, LLC separate from those of Vincent Vacations.
