Payment and Refund Policy for Thrive and Unwind

Effective Date: April 23, 2025

At Thrive and Unwind, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent booking process for our guests. Please carefully review the following payment and cancellation terms prior to reserving your spot.

Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your retreat reservation.

  • The remaining balance is due in full by August 10, 2025. 

  • Late or missed payments may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation without a refund of any payments made.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Cancellations made on or before August 10, 2025 are eligible for a partial refund, minus a $500 cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made after August 10, 2025 are non-refundable for any reason.

  • Substitutions may be permitted if you are unable to attend. You may transfer your paid spot to another participant, subject to prior written approval. All substitutions must be submitted and finalized by November 1, 2025.

Travel Protection

To safeguard your investment, we strongly recommend purchasing travel protection to cover unforeseen illness, emergencies, travel delays, or cancellation.


You may purchase travel protection through our preferred provider Arch RoamRight.
