Synergy Sisters was founded by Rachel Riediger and Liz Arnold-Enslow — a business rooted in legacy, love, and the belief that leadership begins within.

Our mother was an educator, leader, and the heart of our family. She believed in the power of people, the beauty of travel, and the magic that happens when you slow down and lean in.

After her passing, we knew we wanted to create something that would honor her spirit and combined everything she taught us - leadership, connection, growth, and joy. That vision became Synergy Sisters.
