Terms & Conditions for Thrive and Unwind

By registering for this retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Payment & Pricing

  • At minimum, a deposit is required at booking to secure your spot.

  • Full payment is due by August 10, 2025.

  • Late payments may result in cancellation of your spot without refund.

 

At Thrive and Unwind Retreats, we are committed to providing a transformative and unforgettable experience. However, certain circumstances may require us to cancel or modify the retreat. Please carefully review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made before August 10, 2025 will receive a partial refund minus a $500 cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations after August 10, 2025 are non-refundable.

  • Substitutions may be allowed (You may transfer your spot to another paying participant with prior approval. MUST transfer spot prior to November 1, 2025).

  • Minimum Guest Requirement

    • This retreat requires a minimum number of participants to operate. We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if the minimum number of registered guests is not met by the specified deadline. In the event of such a cancellation, all monies paid will be refunded in full. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, such as airfare or travel insurance.

  • Host-Initiated Cancellation

    • In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, emergencies, venue issues, or other valid reasons), we will notify all registered participants as soon as possible. Participants will receive a full refund of all retreat payments made. We are not liable for additional costs incurred (e.g., flights, transportation, or other travel arrangements).

  • Force Majeure

    • We shall not be held responsible or liable for failure to perform our obligations if such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions, government regulations, labor strikes, war, or civil unrest. In such cases, we will make every effort to recover and refund participant payments minus any non-refundable costs already paid to third-party vendors.

  • Changes to the Itinerary

    • We reserve the right to make changes to the retreat schedule, activities, facilitators, or accommodations if necessary to preserve the quality or feasibility of the experience. In such cases, we will notify participants promptly and make reasonable substitutions of equal or greater value.

  • Travel Insurance

    • We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, medical coverage, and protection for travel delays. This will help protect your investment in the event you need to cancel for personal reasons or due to external disruptions. What's Included

  • All-inclusive accommodations at Secrets The Vine, Cancun as described in Retreat Guide, 4 nights November 19-13, 2025.

  • Scheduled workshops, activities, and events listed in the official itinerary

  • Retreat materials

 

What's Not Included

  • Airfare

  • Optional spa services, personal purchases, and excursions not listed in the itinerary

  • Travel protection (highly recommended)

 

Travel Terms & Conditions Acknowledgment (Time to Travel by Liz with Vincent Vacations)

As part of this retreat experience, all travel arrangements are being booked through Time to Travel by Liz with Vincent Vacations. Waiver of Liability and Risk

 

Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participation in a wellness retreat involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activities (yoga, excursions), travel risks, and personal injury. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

 

Health Declaration

I certify that I am physically and mentally able to participate in the retreat and have no known condition that would prevent my full participation.

 

Release of Liability

I release Synergy Sisters LLC, its partners, affiliates, and contractors from any liability related to injury, illness, accidents, or property damage during or after the retreat.

 

Medical Treatment

I authorize retreat staff to provide basic first aid and to contact emergency services if necessary. I am responsible for any resulting medical costs.

 

Media Release

I grant permission for photographs and video taken during the retreat to be used for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

 

Travel Protection Acknowledgment

Travel Documentation Required

I acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to ensure I have the proper travel documentation required for international travel, including a valid U.S. Passport with at least six (6) months validity beyond the date of return. I understand that failure to obtain or present such documentation may result in denial of boarding or entry into the destination country, and that no refunds will be issued for any missed travel or retreat services due to incomplete or invalid travel documents.
